About the product

We are building a performance-driven marketing operation in the iGaming industry, partnering with online casino operators to drive player acquisition across multiple markets, with a focus on high-volume player outreach.

We are looking for a Senior CRM & Affiliate Manager to build the entire marketing operation from scratch as the first team member. You will work directly with the founders and have full autonomy over setup, tools, strategy, and partner relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire CRM and affiliate marketing pipeline from end to end.
  • Select and set up an email/SMS marketing platform.
  • Configure and manage campaigns for high-volume player outreach.
  • Source affiliate offers through your personal network.
  • Manage relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Track all conversions and campaign performance.
  • Reconcile internal data with partner statistics.
  • Prepare and report results directly to the owners.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in iGaming CRM or affiliate marketing.
  • Experience building CRM and/or affiliate marketing processes from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing platforms.
  • Strong network of affiliate contacts in the iGaming industry.
  • Experience working with affiliate offers and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work independently with full ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in tracking and reconciling data.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
